Schematic design starts with Bubble Diagrams Schematic Design

Building on the Program Statement and Site Analysis we begin the Schematic Design Phase. Each project starts by studying the spatial relationships through Bubble Diagrams. These are reviewed with the client to determine which spatial layout will work best with the site and their needs.
From those diagrams we explore general plan layouts and building massing. Reviewing with the client through each stage as a team effort. Working together in this manner produces a superior design that is specific to the subtle needs of each client.
