Designed for a very small lot near a local golf course, this home was for the true golfer. Incorporating a "putting green" on the garage roof and a driving range in the spacious basement the golfer's paradise would not be complete without it's own private golf cart garage.

Due to narrow lot width and a mature Magnolia and Blue Spruce tree, the public areas of the home had to be located at the rear of the property. Access from the entry through the home was resolved with a glass-lined corridor creating a gallery space which opens to a small outside garden courtyard.
