Built on a narrow lake lot, this project started as a renovation of an existing home. When it was determined that the home was not fit to be renovated it was the task of J K Janiga to develop a new home for the low cost intended to be spent on the renovation.
Developed as a subdivision for first time home buyers, this project was wildly successful. Unique design with custom options all for a low price was a win win situation for everyone.
