A design charette exploring stables from classical forms to modern potential, this client wanted to provide a unique home for their horses. Using traditional post and beam construction, we studied historic forms as well as contemporary expressions of historic building methods. Similar to Tudor construction the final direction shown in the model was contemporary in execution while paying homage to its equestrian tradition.
